Ganzeboom was founded in 1968 by Ben Ganzeboom and is led by his sons Mark, Michel, and Rob Ganzeboom. Back in 1968, Ben was already remanufacturing automatic transmissions. Mark and Michel joined Ganzeboom in 1992 and Rob followed in 2003. In Almelo, we currently work with over 50 people and perform about 2500 overhauls per year. From Almelo, we also ship torque converters, valve bodies, and other transmission parts to specialists throughout Europe and beyond.
We all have different tasks and specialisation, but we have one common goal; to strive for 100% customer satisfaction. In practice, this means delivering high-quality services at competitive prices, and providing an adequate solution for all transmission problems.
Close cooperation and a flat organisation are core principles to our work processes. This creates a relaxed atmosphere where everyone realizes that a great company require great performances.
Als inkoper ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop van producten en materialen bij (internationale) toeleveranciers. Je beheert en versterkt de relaties met huidige leveranciers, maar bent ook continu op zoek naar potentiële nieuwe partners en alternatieve producten.
Als assistent-inkoper bij ons ben je in contact met de leveranciers en met je interne collega’s. Je plaatst continue bestellingen bij leveranciers en zodra je merkt dat een leverancier niet tijdig kan leveren ga je op zoek naar alternatieven.
Wij zoeken als uitbreiding van onze organisatie in Almelo een Verkoopmedewerker binnendienst. Weet jij hoe je op een juiste manier klanten kunt informeren en adviseren? Houd je ervan om de verbindende factor te zijn tussen mensen, diensten en producten? Dan ben jij misschien wel degene die ons team kan versterken. Als commerciële professional werk je op de Inbound Sales afdeling.
Sta jij bekend om het leveren van kwaliteit? Haal jij voldoening uit het detecteren van storingen? En kun je niet wachten om jezelf (verder) te specialiseren in het reviseren van automatische versnellingsbakken? Dan heeft Ganzeboom een functie waar jij je helemaal in kunt uitleven!

Voor veel van onze klanten verzorgen wij niet alleen de revisie maar ook de uit-/inbouw van versnellingsbakken. Dit vereist veel sleutelwerk, waarbij nauwkeurigheid en systematisch werken van groot belang zijn. Daarom zoeken wij monteurs waarvoor het een passie is om aan auto’s te sleutelen.
